Membership privacy
Pre-launch draft. This page is not a complete legal or data-protection assessment and requires review before opening BlinkClicks+ to paying members.
This draft explains information processed by the BlinkClicks+ member hub and its future mini-app catalogue. It covers the proposed membership hub, not the existing separate BlinkMetrics privacy policy.
Who operates BlinkClicks+
BlinkClicks is built by Kelvin Forbes. Contact information is available via the About page. Controller identity, full contact details, lawful bases and applicable legal notices require final confirmation before public launch.
Account and billing information
The BlinkClicks account service stores an email address, a protected password hash, session records, trial dates and the status of any membership. PayPal handles checkout and subscription processing; BlinkClicks receives the data needed to recognise a subscription and manage access. The hub stores account records and member app requests and votes. Historical favourites from the previous catalogue may remain stored for existing accounts but are no longer shown as included app shortcuts.
App content and sensitive data
The new Life and Business catalogue currently contains only placeholders and does not collect new app-specific records through those cards. Historical app data and separate flagship services have not been migrated or deleted as part of this change. Their privacy and data-processing requirements remain separate; any future app collecting sensitive or financial information will require its own review before launch.
Third-party services and transfers
Hosting, database, email, analytics and payment providers may process data where necessary to deliver their contracted features. The complete processor list, international transfer arrangements and any relevant agreements need to be audited for the final privacy notice.
Security and retention
Sign-in relies on secure session cookies and server-side access checks. Member suggestions and votes are protected by authentication and permission checks. Appropriate retention and deletion processes, access to exports, health-data handling and breach response controls require pre-launch verification.
Your choices and rights
You can choose whether to create an account, start a trial, subscribe, submit a request and save favourites. You can sign out and cancel a paid subscription. Data access, correction, deletion and other privacy requests should be made using the contact details on the About page. The final policy must clarify how each right is handled across the connected apps.
Updates
This page is an implementation-stage draft, not an approved final privacy notice. It should be updated after technical and legal verification, before opening public sign-ups.
