Membership terms
Pre-launch draft. This page is not a complete legal or data-protection assessment and requires review before opening BlinkClicks+ to paying members.
This draft describes the intended BlinkClicks+ membership provided by Kelvin Forbes. It applies to the BlinkClicks app hub, not the separate BlinkMetrics terms for its independent analytics service.
Membership and access
When the new BlinkClicks+ mini-app catalogue launches, eligible new accounts are intended to receive a 14-day free trial without providing payment details. After that, access to subscribed features would require a separate, voluntary £9.99 per month PayPal subscription when enrolment reopens. New subscriptions are currently paused. Creating a trial account does not automatically charge you.
The new BlinkClicks+ catalogue has not launched any included mini-apps yet. Life and Business cards currently shown are placeholders only. Existing flagship apps and discontinued tools are not part of the proposed £9.99 package.
Billing and cancellation
Payment and renewal details are shown in the PayPal approval flow before you agree to subscribe. The BlinkClicks account page provides a cancellation action for an active subscription. After cancellation, any remaining prepaid access is determined by the paid-through period displayed in your account.
Consumer cancellation, refund and statutory rights must be correctly reflected in the final version of these terms. This draft does not waive or restrict statutory rights.
Your data and app access
App content and records may be stored by individual app services and in connected cloud storage where provided. Existing app data should not be overwritten when linking a BlinkClicks membership. Keep personal backups for anything important and use the export options where available.
New app suggestions
Members can propose ideas and vote after moderation. Suggestions may be declined, combined or postponed. A £9.99 membership does not purchase bespoke development or guarantee that any proposed app will be released.
Use and availability
Use the services lawfully and do not attempt to access other members' information or bypass account controls. Tools may change during development. Future productivity and planning tools will be described individually before release, and are not substitutes for regulated professional advice when that applies.
