From the first enquiry to getting paid — with less admin in between.
One connected business workspace using existing Lead Buddy, Quote Buddy, Job Buddy, Invoice Buddy and Cashflow Buddy records. Keep the customer journey moving.
Available to explore, not yet for sale. Business Pro is proposed at £14.99/month. The planned 14-day trial and paid tiers are not active; paid enrolment is paused while account, billing and cross-browser testing are completed.
Give yourself back the time spent finding where you left off
The difficult part of running a small business is rarely just writing a quote or creating an invoice. It's remembering what happened before that task, what's supposed to happen next and where the customer details have gone. Master Business connects a practical chain of steps so you can spend less time rebuilding the story of each job.
For self-employed tradespeople, local service providers and small owner-operated businesses who want straightforward customer-to-payment workflows instead of an enterprise CRM.
There is no point paying extra just to put the same links into a larger dashboard. The value has to come from sharing useful records, removing repeated steps and seeing what needs attention without reconstructing the whole story from scratch. That's what this Master workspace is designed to provide.
How the work starts to feel more joined-up
A good enquiry shouldn't disappear between systems
A new customer gets in touch while you're busy doing the actual work. You save the details in Lead Buddy, then later have to type the same name into a quote. The next stage lives in another spreadsheet, and the invoice ends up somewhere else. Those are small interruptions that add up, especially when you manage the enquiries, jobs and paperwork yourself.
A connected chain, with you in control
Master Business reads your own private Lead Buddy records and can carry a selected lead's details into a draft quote. When you manually mark a quote Accepted, you can create a linked Booked job. When the job is genuinely Completed, a reviewed invoice draft can be prepared. After you've sent an invoice, you can add its expected payment to your cashflow forecast.
The important difference: you're not starting again
The linked quote is still a real Quote Buddy record. The job remains in Job Buddy. The draft invoice is in Invoice Buddy, and the expected receipt is visible in Cashflow Buddy. You can open each original app and find the same records. Master Business does not create a parallel version of every job that could silently fall out of sync.
A normal week, with fewer loose ends
A prospective customer asks for decorating work. You record the enquiry in Lead Buddy. From Master Business, you prepare a quote draft using the saved customer name and scope — without making up the price. You check labour and materials in Quote Buddy and send the quote yourself. Once accepted, Master Business creates a linked job you can schedule. After completing it, you review the amount, VAT treatment, invoice reference and due date, then save a draft. You send that invoice yourself and record the expected payment in Cashflow Buddy. Nothing is collected automatically, but the sequence no longer relies on retyping every detail.
This is a practical illustration of the workflow, not a claim about guaranteed savings or results. You remain responsible for the real-world action, and the app tracks the information you enter or explicitly carry forward.
What you actually get out of BlinkClicks Master Business
A clearer pipeline of actual work
See follow-ups approaching, open jobs and sent invoices awaiting payment in the same overview. You can spot where action is needed without treating a social media lead, an agreed job and an unpaid invoice as the same thing.
Less retyping, fewer mistakes
Linked records carry core details and source references forward when you explicitly approve the next step. Existing records remain the source of truth; there is no need to create a second, independent database just to make the Master dashboard look connected.
Better control of cash timing
A sent, dated invoice can create an expected receipt in your existing Cashflow Buddy forecast. If the invoice later changes to Paid, you can explicitly confirm the linked forecast. The amount is still a forecast until payment is actually confirmed.
Everyday business modules in one place
Alongside the customer workflow, you can open the other Business tools — orders, expenses, mileage, pricing, equipment and campaign tracking — inside Master Business, with standalone links available where appropriate.
The best measure isn't how many icons you can fit on the screen. It's whether you reach a useful next action sooner, with fewer little pieces of missing context. Start with the part of your routine that genuinely repeats, and let the other modules wait until you need them.
Start small. Keep your existing records.
- Open the Master preview. Check the dashboard and the storage status. You can explore without buying a membership while the premium launch is paused.
- Pick a connected workflow. Choose a genuine task from the available records. If the source is empty, open the relevant module and add a real item first.
- Review the outcome. The transfer works with the underlying mini-app record. You can open that same mini-app to check or update it.
- Check your data protection. The preview can show browser-only records. Signed-in account saving needs to confirm success; different phone browsers may store separate local copies. Export a backup before switching devices or clearing browser data.
The Master interface opens the existing twenty Business modules without making you install a native app. It doesn't delete the standalone mini-apps or migrate their records into a second database.
What the preview doesn't do
Master Business does not automatically send emails, issue live invoices, book customers, chase late payments or sync with your bank, Meta or accounting software. The existing Lead Buddy is the source of truth for enquiries; its private account requires sign-in. The copied customer details do not automatically refresh on every downstream record after a lead is edited. The other Business modules can open inside Master, but not every pair of modules has a linked workflow. This is a substantial connected preview, not a finished enterprise CRM.
That's intentional transparency, not fine print hidden after the sale. These limits matter if you're deciding whether the product fits your real requirements. A reliable tool with a narrow promise is more useful than an impressive-looking dashboard that quietly fails at a critical moment.
Price, options and the sensible reason to upgrade
The planned BlinkClicks Mini subscription is £9.99/month for the forty standalone mini-apps. The proposed Business Pro plan is £14.99/month and adds this connected Master workspace alongside the mini-apps. The proposed Complete plan would be £19.99/month for both Master workspaces and all forty mini-apps.
That extra £5 per month should buy a genuinely smoother way of doing repeat work. If you only use one mini-app occasionally, stay with the lighter option when subscriptions launch. If your work already moves between several modules, a Master can be worth considering. No one should have to pay more purely for a larger navigation menu.
Not open for paid enrolment: Prices and the planned 14-day trial are proposals, not active checkout offers. You can use the working preview now, but premium subscription controls and end-to-end account checks have not yet been completed.
Questions worth answering before you decide
Does Master Business connect to my existing Lead Buddy?
Yes, for eligible signed-in personal BlinkClicks accounts. It reads the same account-scoped Lead Buddy API as the standalone app. No KelvinForbes customer database is imported or mixed into this workspace.
Will converting a quote automatically send anything?
No. A linked record is created only after your action. A quote from a lead is a draft, a job from an accepted quote is Booked, and an invoice from a completed job remains a draft until you review and send it separately.
What happens if the same job is converted twice?
The transfer checks source identifiers and stops duplicate linked records. Account saves also use revision checks, so a conflicting change elsewhere will block the save rather than silently overwrite it.
Can it replace my accountant or CRM?
Not on its own. It provides manual records, basic estimates and a connected workflow for selected stages. It is not statutory accounting, an automatic payment service or a complete team CRM. Verify tax, invoicing and data protection requirements.
Will my saved data follow me between Chrome and the ChatGPT browser?
Only when your eligible signed-in account has confirmed its cloud save and the records are successfully loaded in both places. Local browser storage is often separate. Master checks conflicting copies and blocks affected transfers rather than overwrite data. Keep backups of important information.
Are there testimonials from paying members?
No verified testimonials for these new Master products are being claimed. The connected workflows should earn confidence through actual use and testing, not fabricated reviews or unrealistic promises.
