40 practical mini-apps · Master Life · Master Business

Less to remember. Less to chase. More time for everything else.

The food shop. The school form. That customer you meant to call back. The invoice you still haven't checked. BlinkClicks gives those recurring jobs a simple place to live — so you're not forever hunting through notes, messages and spreadsheets.

Pick one tool for one problem, or bring related jobs together with Master Life and Master Business. You get a clearer next step without starting from scratch every time.

A step beyond individual mini-apps

What if the apps worked together, instead of becoming another set of tabs?

The original mini-apps solve individual jobs. The new Master workspaces bring related jobs into one place and connect the stages where retyping and switching between apps becomes tedious. That is what should make a premium tier worth paying for: fewer repeated steps, clearer priorities and a smoother way to complete real work.

Master Life

See what's due, plan your shop and keep recurring tasks moving. The connected workspace brings together shopping, meals, pantry items, habits and household care, alongside all 20 Life modules.

Use a pantry record to add something to the shopping list. Send meal ingredients without typing them again. Check in a habit or complete a repeat home-care job from one dashboard.

Master Business

Move a real customer from enquiry towards payment without recreating every record. Your private Lead Buddy enquiries can become draft quotes, accepted quotes become jobs, completed jobs become reviewed invoice drafts, and sent invoices feed expected cashflow.

Nothing is automatically sent or marked paid. The links are deliberate, and each record stays in its original Business app.

Both Master apps are previews. Premium payments are not enabled. Some integrations are intentionally limited: Budget Buddy is still independent, and the Master interface does not automatically synchronise every possible pair of apps.

Sound familiar?

You're not short of things to do. You're short of places to keep track of them.

It's Thursday afternoon. You need to know what's left to buy for dinner, whether Saturday's shift covers an upcoming bill, and which customer asked for a quote. One answer is in your head. Another is in a WhatsApp message. The third might be on a scrap of paper.

None of these jobs is especially complicated. But they have a way of coming back at the worst moment. You waste time searching, second-guessing and doing the same bit of admin again.

That's what BlinkClicks is for. Instead of another enormous productivity system that wants you to organise your entire life, you get small, focused tools for the jobs you already do. Use one today. Use three next week. Ignore the rest until you need them.

What you get out of it

Small changes that make an ordinary week easier

01

Stop finding out too late

Know what's due before it becomes a last-minute scramble. Keep school forms, care tasks, service visits and customer jobs where you can check them, rather than hoping you'll remember when the time comes.

For you: Fewer forgotten loose ends and a clearer idea of what needs attention next.

02

Make decisions using numbers, not guesses

Estimate a food shop before checkout. See what a shift might pay. Work out whether a job's revenue still looks good after materials and labour. Compare pack sizes or review fuel costs using figures you've actually recorded.

For you: More clarity before you spend, quote, book or buy.

03

Spend less time repeating yourself

Keep the information together so you can pick up where you left off. Meal Buddy can send your entered ingredients to Shopping Buddy. Business tools keep the dates, amounts and statuses you otherwise end up rewriting in messages.

For you: Less starting from scratch whenever a familiar job comes around.

04

Use a tool, not a second job

Open a focused app in your phone's browser, add what matters, check the result and move on. You don't need a training course or a giant dashboard to record a booking, keep a shopping list or see what stock needs ordering.

For you: A lighter way to stay organised, without the overhead of managing complicated software.

Two everyday examples

Picture the difference when the information is already there

At home: fewer surprise trips to the shops

You plan a few meals, list the ingredients and add estimated prices. At the supermarket, you can see what's left to buy instead of trying to reconstruct the list from memory. If the shop changes, update it. Simple, but useful when the week is busy.

At work: fewer enquiries drifting away

A customer asks for a quote while you're in the middle of another job. You record the enquiry and what needs doing next. Later, you can prepare a costed quote, track the job and make a draft invoice using the relevant tools — without pretending the apps send emails or collect payments for you.

These are examples of how the tools fit into a routine, not promises that your bills will fall or your business will suddenly double. The benefit comes from having a clearer record and using it consistently.

Getting started

Three steps. No grand overhaul of your life required.

  1. Pick one problem you actually have. Forget the other nineteen for now. If you always lose track of shopping, start with Shopping Buddy. If customers need chasing, look at Lead Buddy.
  2. Enter one real item. A genuine shopping list, upcoming job, bill-related shift or invoice is enough to see how the app works. There's no need to import years of history.
  3. See whether you'd come back to it. Open it again when the task changes. A useful tool should earn its place through repeat use, not because its sales page sounds exciting.

The new mini-app previews let you add and edit records, search, and export a backup. Some can calculate totals or highlight items needing attention. The two earlier apps, Budget Buddy and Lead Buddy, remain separate with their own storage arrangements.

Choose the experience that actually suits you

One set of apps. Four proposed ways to use them.

The mini-app collection is for people who want one tool at a time. The Master products cost a little more because they join up selected workflows, reuse existing records and bring your next actions into one dashboard. You shouldn't have to pay a premium just for bigger navigation.

All four prices are proposals, not active subscription checkout offers. A 14-day free trial is planned when member enrolment opens. At present, you can explore the previews; you cannot purchase or activate a Master tier. The premium plans will need account-access enforcement and billing verification before release.

Current status: New BlinkClicks+ paid enrolment is paused during account, billing and cross-browser data-safety checks. Don't make a payment based on a planned price. Use the working previews to see whether the additional integration offers real value first.

No magic automation. No made-up reviews. Just a clear job to do.

Most BlinkClicks tools work from the information you choose to enter. They do not automatically see your bank account, supermarket basket, customer messages or calendar. That's a limitation, but it also makes the promise easier to understand: you stay in control of your records and the decisions based on them.

The thirty-eight new toolkit previews support browser-based records and JSON backup exports. Private cloud saving is available to eligible signed-in users when a save is confirmed; it's still being checked across devices and browsers. Chrome and an in-app browser can keep separate local data, even on the same phone. Keep a backup before changing browsers or clearing data.

There are no verified customer testimonials to publish for this new collection yet. Rather than fill the page with fictional reviews or inflated time-saving claims, each app has a detailed sales page explaining what it can do, what it cannot do and a real scenario you can use to judge its value.

Before you decide

A few sensible questions

Do I need to use all forty apps?

Not at all. Pick the ones that solve real, recurring problems. The number of apps matters far less than whether a few of them make your week easier.

Can I use BlinkClicks on my phone?

The web tools are designed for modern phone and desktop browsers. Full end-to-end testing across every device and browser isn't finished, so check the app you plan to use and keep important backups.

Will the apps automatically talk to one another?

The Master previews connect selected workflows, including pantry and meal records with Shopping Buddy, and the Lead Buddy → Quote Buddy → Job Buddy → Invoice Buddy → Cashflow Buddy journey. Other apps remain individually usable. This is not automatic, universal syncing across all 40 tools.

Can the money and business apps replace my accountant or bank?

No. Estimates, records and printable drafts are useful, but they're not statutory accounting, banking, tax or regulated advice. Verify amounts, invoices and legal requirements through the proper sources.

Choose the simplest thing that actually helps

Find the app that makes your next week easier.

You don't need to become more organised overnight. You just need a clearer way to handle the next recurring job. Start with one that matters to you, give it a real task and decide whether you'd miss it if it disappeared.
